I was blown away at the level of customer service and the dresses in this shop. Kathleen was the most wonderful consultant- and the best part is she is so experienced and you could tell she loved her job. She was incredible, not once did I feel rushed (and we spent three hours there, they graciously moved our appointment up an hour as well!) she was straightforward with the timelines to order dresses, and she pulled gorgeous dresses for me, in my price range, which was a welcome change after the other large dress shop I went to rushed us through the process and didn’t listen to what I wanted.

I had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress here. Victorina and Synthia were SO helpful and engaging. They were very personable and I had a lot of fun chatting with them throughout my appointment. I told them about the look I was going for and they pulled great dresses. It made it hard to choose! I also liked how they helped me get into the dresses and gave their feedback on veil lengths, silhouettes, materials, and etc. I've gone to another bridal salon that was more "posh" looking and the service was so lackluster in comparison. This was my best bridal try on experience. The owner was really flexible when I called in for a same day appointment. Sheryl ended up helping me and she was patient, kind, and understanding. Sheryl is an expert in what she does and you can tell she is experienced and knowledgeable about the selection of dresses and providing options that compliment different body types. Sheryl learned how to dress my petite body and provided many options that complimented my body. She was patient learning lace patterns, beading I liked and didn’t like. They have so many options at elegant lace and really want you just happy in the dress you want. The vibe is not salesy or with pressure to purchase a dress. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I went to a well known bridal shop in the area and I left in tears after paying so much just for the appointment and leaving with nothing due to their negligence. I ended up calling Elegant Lace Bridals in tears because today was the only day my entourage and I could get and it was my birthday as well.
